transformer

Transformer is a tool to raise or lower electric voltage alternating current (AC). transformer consists of two coils of wire wrapped around the iron core.
The primary coil is a coil which is connected to a voltage source, and the secondary coil is a coil which is connected to an electric plane.
There are two types of transformer are:
1. Step up transformers, are useful to raise the voltage (Ns> Np)
2. Step-down transformer, is useful to lower the voltage (Ns <Np)

So it can be formulated:
Np / Ns = Vp / Vs = Is / Ip

Description:
Vp = input voltage
Vs = voltage out
Np = number of primary windings
Ns = Number of secondary windings
Ip = Primary Current
Is = secondary current
